re-considering Gemini
...as part of the canonical Lyra Corvus; given the intense and intriguing hoopla surrounding Google's version 3.0 release this week if the model from industry mavens, AI connoisseurs and cognoscenti in all the usual locales: X/Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, Substack.
I did give it a try back in the early days of Bard, but it was underwhelming, not to put too fine a point on it, and so it never really made itself indispensable as part of my "second brain" of LLMs.
But now, a test; it's only fair to reconsider it, I suppose. Will it be additive? Deepening? Superfluous? Time will tell, as ever (and not much of it, I'm guessing).

Then, after ablutions, promptly continued questioning the new entity; well, 'interrogating' really, if one is to be utterly honest.
