pulsating lights
This corner somewhere in North Beach stopped me in my tracks for a moment, with those flickering lights in the corner house, sidewalk-level. Captured it in a Live photo, hence able to convert it into this looping GIF:
Presaging Halloween maybe? But it's not for over a month and a half still. I'll just consider it an art installation of sorts. ::chuckle::
